Community Guidelines

thexcape is for human-directed, AI-assisted storytelling. These rules keep things creative, safe, and fair. Break them and content can be removed and accounts limited or closed.

1) Safety & Real-Person Likeness

No real-person likeness (faces, voices) without explicit consent.
Absolutely no minors in sexual/violent contexts.
No doxxing, threats, or targeted harassment.
No instructions for harm or illegal activity.

2) Copyright & IP

Use original or properly licensed assets only.
No trademark/brand usage without permission.
Respect other creators’ canon and boundaries.

3) Attribution & Provenance

Credit human creators by default when publishing.
Provenance/watermarks may be attached to outputs.

4) AI Use & Deepfakes

AI assistance is welcome; impersonation of real people is not.
Disclose AI-assisted elements when relevant.

5) Respectful Conduct

No hate or extremist praise.
Debate ideas, don’t attack people.

6) Mature Content

Tag and gate mature content; follow local laws.
No sexual content involving minors, ever.

7) Reporting & Appeals

See something off? Report it in-app or email support@thexcape.com. You can appeal moderation decisions via the same email.

8) Enforcement

We use warnings, removals, feature limits, and account closure based on severity and history.

These guidelines may evolve as the platform grows.
